TP FOC ended.
It was such an amazing camp.
First day it was still awkward la,
But thank god I had 5 sac-ians in the same empire as me,
Pricilla, Joey, Vanessa Ng, Shernise and Alyssa.
And then Pricilla and Joey were in the same sub-empire as me!!

Should I blog about whatever happened :O?

Okay I try ah.
So first day I met Sarah at Tampines Mall ah, we went to eat burger king.
Then we took bus 23 to TP, waited for Pris who was late and took a cab there,
Then saw Joey Cheryl and V.Ng at the mushroom there!!
Then waited for Cheryl and Sarah's church friend to come ah,
Then walked the path that had enthu GLs at the sides welcoming us,
5 minutes.. IT WAS REALLY AWKWARD BTW.
But they helped boost the atmosphere la hehe.
Checked empire first,
HEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to register,
Then got the lanyard, sub-empire is HELIOS YO~
First GL I knew was........ i have no idea actually wait i need think I CANNOT RMB but it was a girl! I think it was Joyce ah.
Then after that it was a guy, that intro-ed to me another GL saying 'This is Louis' then that Louis was like Hi! My name is Jacky and I was like ???? but okk Jacky it is.
I think I was super siao.
I went around saying hello to people and then ask them for twitter and all throughout the 3 days.
Got this group thought I was a GL cause the only people who talks to them like this are GLs.
Er then learnt cheers etc!
Actually you know what.
I am damn lazy.
All I wanted to blog was about the GLs.
Dear GLs,
I know you all have been receiving countless amount of thank yous, but honestly, thank you very much.
You all have inspired me in one way or another, and for that I am grateful.
The 6 months before FO must have been very tough on you all, but you all pressed on and helped made FO such an enjoyable experience for us freshies.
It must had been very hard on you all, after 3 days of FOW, you all had to start from the beginning to welcome a new group of freshies for FOC.
It had to be really tiring, but you all kept a smile on your faces for most of the time, and got as high as you all could to make the atmosphere right.
The weather was super hot and you all still fan us and when freshies offered to fan you all you all rejected and said that you all would do it.
You all helped us carry around our handphones, water bottles and what not, it must have been pretty heavy.
You all always offered to help us refill the bottles and our cups of drinks during meals and throw away our plates.
You all passed around bottles of drinks and packets of sweets you all bought for us around.
You all made sure we were comfortable and at ease.
Day 3, during the Hunt-gry(?), when we all were at the place above McDonald's, it was scorching hot, literally.
You all continued fanning us while you all were sweating profusely yourselves.
I felt really ashamed to complain about the weather when I was lucky enough to have GLs to provide 'aircon' for me.
Day 3, during scoring, when Heous gotten fifth position, you all told us that all you all wanted was us to have fun, the position doesn't matter.
No matter what you all say, the scoring does affect you all in one way or another, doesn't it?
You all worked so hard for us only to end up having the least number of scores.
Thank you for not giving up on us.
I think the reason why we all ran, went all out and did our best was because we didn't want to be last..
At least I knew I didn't want to be last.
Seriously running isn't my thing omg.
Thank you for pushing us to run and all, now looking back everything you made us do was worth it.
Getting fifth to first.
You all said how the sign that had '1' would be our position, and it really was.
Then auroc flag went up for the third place, some of the GLs started crying and we all just jumped up and started cheering and screaming.
Watching you all shed tears of joy made everything worth it.
We did you all proud like how you all did us proud.
Hai what else to say.
Thank you for thinking of the freshies more than yourselves, shielding us from the sun and the rain, trying to talk louder even when your voices are gone, thank you for running in the rain for us.
It was such a touching act, it got me all warm and fuzzy even though it was raining so heavily.
Watching you all cry made me want to cry too.
I wish you all didn't cry whenever they played sad songs, it made everything more real, like how foc was coming to an end.
It was heartbreaking, to say the very least.
Whatever you all did was probably what you all had to do, but I appreciate the fact that you all did it without complaints and with a smile, even when you all got scolded.
Also, not forgetting the backstage planners and helpers that helped to plan and organize everything!

Though because the GLs were who we spent the 3 days with, this post is dedicated to them~~
We are the freshies, and we love you,
Next year we will be just like you.
Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart.
This is one camp I would never ever forget.
You all had done a fantastic job as GLs, every single one of you.
We couldn't have achieved so much without you all the GLs.
You all are the legendary ones~
Thank you and I love you all for everything you all had done for us the freshies~
